| What is the returns policy? |
| Goods may be returned within 28 days of purchase in their original condition. Please contact returns@liteled.co.uk with your details to request a returns number. Goods should then be posted back to; LiteLED Limited, Unit 5 Parkside Industrial Estate, Glover Way, Leeds, LS11 5JP. |
| Is there any warranty on the goods? |
All LiteLED products are ensured with 12 months warranty. Should any faults occur within this warranty period please contact returns@liteled.co.uk to request a repairs number. Goods should be posted back to; LiteLED Limited, Unit 5 Parkside Industrial Estate, Glover Way, Leeds, LS11 5JP. Units will usually be repaired and returned to the customer within 14 days. If this is not possible a replacement or refund will be offered. |
| How much is postage & packaging? |
| To keep things simple all postage and packaging costs are included in the KIT price. Therefore the price you see on screen is the total price you pay. |
| How long is delivery? |
| Due to our units being made to order delivery takes between 4-7 working days. All orders are sent via courier on a next day delivery service requiring a signature upon delivery. Email confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your order and you will be notified when the goods are dispatched. |
| Do you offer discounts for buying larger quantities? |
| Should you wish to purchase several KIT items please contact sales@liteled.co.uk or telephone +44(0)113 2713030. We will be more than happy to create a quote suited to your needs offering a discount from the standard KIT price. If you are thinking of buying for a bigger project LiteLED will be able to offer tailored solutions to your needs. |
| What payment methods are available? |
| We accept payment by Paypal account or via major debit and credit cards through Paypal online. Should you prefer not to pay online we can accept telephone orders with payment by cheque on +44(0)113 2713030 Monday - Thursdays 08:30am - 5:00pm and Fridays 08:30am - 2:00pm. Please note when paying by cheque goods will not be shipped until payment has cleared. |
